Quality Control (Pre-shipment Inspection)

Quality Control is an essential part of our swimwear production process, ensuring every piece meets the durability, comfort, and performance requirements needed for water use. Because swimwear demands high elasticity and strong construction, our QC system is designed to inspect every detail with absolute precision.

We perform quality assurance by checking each item one by one—never random sampling. No matter the order quantity, every single piece goes through a complete inspection. This approach allows us to deliver consistently premium-quality swimwear that aligns with your brand standards.

Our QC begins with material inspection. We check all swimwear fabrics and accessories—including spandex, nylon, polyester blends, power mesh, elastic, cups, and hardware. Each material is evaluated for stretch recovery, colorfastness, opacity, chlorine resistance, UV stability, and overall performance. Any material that does not meet these requirements is rejected.

During sample development, our team verifies fit accuracy, negative ease, panel balance, elasticity, and finishing methods. We test stitch types such as zig-zag, coverstitch, bar-tack, and elastic application to ensure the garment retains its shape and strength during movement and water exposure.

Throughout bulk production, every piece is individually inspected. We check fabric tension, stitching density, seam security, lining placement, and hardware attachment. We make sure the style matches the approved sample, the color is consistent, the size is accurate, and that there are no stains, defects, snags, or visible construction flaws.

Before packaging, each swimwear item undergoes a final quality check to confirm overall appearance, comfort, and structural integrity. Only garments that pass all QC points are approved for delivery.

By inspecting every product one by one and maintaining a strict quality assurance process, we ensure that each piece we produce meets premium swimwear standards—durable, consistent, and ready for retail or global distribution.
